About
The key research area is flat plate oscillating heat pipe (FP-OHP) (pulsating heat pipe, PHP) for effective thermal management. Familiar with two phase heat transfer device, cryogenic heat pipe, and custom thermal solutions. Future work involves designing, developing, and delivering custom thermal solutions to improve the size, weight, performance, and/or costs of advanced energy and technology platforms. Published more than 10 SCI papers including one patent publication. Serving as a reviewer to SCI journals. Research projects in Cooling Technology for Electronic Packages, Microscale Heat Transfer and Fluid Flow, and Optimum Design of Heat Pipes and Heat Sinks
