About
Kadambari Lokesh is a Senior Transport Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Expert at Ricardo, specialising in GHG emissions analysis and sustainability assessment across transport technologies, fuels, and infrastructure. She leads the technical development of LCA methodologies for vehicles and fuels, including the harmonised European vehicle LCA framework for the European Commission, and contributes to ongoing efforts to develop consistent emission factors for energy carriers serving transport and logistics providers across the EU and globally (via the Horizon funded CLEVER framework).
Kadambari also supports the development of evidence‑based decarbonisation strategies for international clients and sustainability oriented verification focusing on transport assets such as bridges, road networks and other types of assets. Her work ensures that technical solutions are practical, data‑driven, and aligned with evolving policy frameworks and to help clients avoid duplication of efforts.
