About
Dr. N.O. Gopal pursued his M.Sc (1996) and Ph.D. (2004) in physics from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. He worked as a Post Doctoral Fellow at National Dong Hwa University, Hualien, Taiwan from 2005 to 2013. He joined as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, Vikrama Simhapuri University College (then VSU, PG Centre), Kavali-524201, AP, India in May 2013 and moved to Department of Physics, Vikrama Simhapuri University, Nellore-524324, AP, India in August 2023. He has 11 years of teaching and administrative experience and 24 years of research experience.
Dr.Gopal has published 76 research papers in International journals and presented 25 papers at National/International conferences/seminars. Two research scholars were awarded Ph.D. degree under his guidance and four research scholars are currently working under his guidance for their Ph.D. programme. He has completed one Major Research Project funded by CSIR-HRDG.
