About
Medicinal chemist with over six years of research experience in small-molecule drug discovery, nucleic acid-targeted
therapeutics, and chemical biology. My research integrates synthetic organic chemistry, fluorescence spectroscopy,
and biophysical characterization to develop molecular probes and therapeutic agents for G-quadruplex DNA and
bacterial pathogens. I have authored ten peer-reviewed publications in leading international journals including Journal
of Physical Chemistry B, ACS Applied Bio Materials, Bioorganic Chemistry, and New Journal of Chemistry. I am
passionate about establishing an independent research program at the interface of medicinal chemistry, nucleic acid
chemistry, and translational drug discovery while contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
