Research Experience:(Three year)
Post-Doctoral Researcher (August 2022 – Present) Christian Medical College, Vellore, TN
I work on the molecular genetics of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in clinically significant bacterial pathogens under the mentorship of Prof. Balaji Veeraraghavan at the Department of Clinical Microbiology, Christian Medical College, Vellore. My research focuses on deciphering the genetic and evolutionary mechanisms underlying β-lactam and multidrug resistance, and exploring antibiotic-sparing interventions such as probiotics and bacteriophages for sustainable infection management
Education
