About

I am a Post-graduate in Agriculture with specialization in Plant Breeding and Genetics. I have done my Master's research on Indian Mustard, and the primary objective of the research was to study the combining ability, access the gene action and polymorphism analysis using gene linked SSR markers. My subjects included seed science and technology and agricultural biotechnology as well that helped me gain good cognizance of the subjects.

I have been acknowledged by Dr. B. D. Singh, a renowned Plant Breeder, geneticist and author, for my thoughtful insight into the concept of mutation in human blood grouping system.(Acknowledgement received in the preface of his book, "GENETICS", latest edition, Reprint:2022)

I also worked as a casual laboratory personnel for assistance in an IRRI-ICAR collaborative project that has helped me put my knowledge of plant breeding into good use and develop my creativity at the workplace.

I own pleasure in learning new technologies and methodologies and always willing to innovate which can improve the existing technology for the betterment of society.

I am anticipating opportunities to work with organisations employing scientific research and subjects relevant to Life sciences.
