About
DR. HARSHA HEGDE completed his Masters in Botany in 1999 and Ph.D in Ethnomedicine in 2005. Since then, he is involved in research activities in the field of Ethnomedicine, Ethnopharmacology, Angiosperm Taxonomy and Plant Biotechnology in various capacities. Currently, he is working as Scientist-E at ICMR- National Institute of Traditional Medicine, Belagavi. He has successfully completed 9 funded projects by various agencies; guided 24 Masters and 6 Ph.D students for their dissertations and has more than 90 research publications in journals of repute to his credit.
