Sayantani Mitra

About

I am a graduate in Chemistry and masters in Environmental Science from University of Calcutta. I completed my Ph.D from University of Calcutta in Radioanalytical Chemistry. My doctoral research was broadly based on production of non-conventional PET radioisotopes and application of bioactive compounds in their radiochemical separation. Currently I am working as a postdoctoral researcher at RIKEN where I am focussing on two research subjects- large scale radioisotope production for medical application and superheavy element chemistry.
