About
I am an Assistant Professor at the Amity Centre for Spintronic Materials, Amity University, Uttar Pradesh (Noida, India), where my research is devoted to advancing the frontier of ferromagnetic thin films and spintronics. My work explores how interfaces, nanoscale structures, and tailored growth conditions can unlock new magnetic behaviors and drive innovations in spin-based technologies.
By mastering a broad spectrum of thin film deposition methods, from ion beam and magnetron sputtering to ion irradiation and vacuum annealing, I create highly controlled architectures for exploration. I combine these with a powerful arsenal of characterization techniques: structural probes such as GIXRD and XRR, high-resolution imaging with TEM, SEM, and AFM, and state-of-the-art magnetic tools including MOKE, VSM, PNR, and FMR. This integrated approach allows me to capture the intricate interplay of structure and magnetism at the nanoscale.
With complementary expertise in synchrotron-based methods, my research bridges fundamental physics and technological application, aiming to shape the design principles of next-generation spintronic devices.
