Completed, Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Marketing.
Bachelor's in Social Science- Hons (Economics), Pol Sci, and History.
10th & 12th in Math.
Journalism and Mass Communication from IGNOU.

Worked in the industry as a media executive/coordinator/sales profile for a few years.

While returning, I initiated things in my hometown. Actively engaged with the NGO TEAM, registered in Varanasi, India, where I discovered a passion for teaching and provided free educational assistance. Professionally, ran soft skills classes for a year and a half.

Driven by a deep interest in academics, particularly in entrepreneurship, decided to pursue research to establish a solid knowledge base before embarking on a career as an academician.

Successfully cleared the UGC-NET twice and JRF in consecutive years and served as a guest faculty member at Banaras Hindu University (BHU), the faculty of arts. Started in COVID-19 virtually and effectively managed the educational challenges posed by the pandemic.

Currently, as a Doctoral fellow at the prestigious Institute of Management Studies/Faculty of Management Studies (IMS-FMS), Banaras Hindu University since 2022.

My research focuses on Startups and Entrepreneurial Skills. How entrepreneurs strategize in phases and decide.

In addition to academic pursuits, I am an avid writer, contributing to platforms like Medium, mostly on subjects relating to life and philosophy, and freelancing for various websites and blogs, including Kashipatrika and Celebrate Life.

Also serves as a cartoonist for Kashipatrika. Furthermore, worked as a professional portrait painter, aligning with my inner calling.

Philosophy for life is to "align your energy, interest, and intelligence with whatever you want to do at that point in time." never claimed to be a "jack of a few exciting trades" but I believe there is nothing like being a "master of one." but try focusing on one if you find one among many, you will make your destination. For rest like me the multitaskers, keep enjoying journey.. as at the end the kings and pawns go in the same box...
