About
Dr. Raja Saifu Rahman
I am an experimental physicist specializing in the study of nanostructured chalcogenide-based compound semiconductors. I earned my PhD in 2022 from Jamia Millia Islamia University, focusing on the physical properties of chalcogenide materials. My research primarily explores nanostructured V2VI3 chalcogenides, with a strong emphasis on understanding their physical and structural properties for advanced applications.
Currently, I am expanding my expertise by exploring opportunities in postdoctoral research and academia. My work aims to contribute to the advancement of functional materials for electronic, optical, and energy-related applications.
Feel free to connect with me for collaborative research, professional inquiries, or discussions on materials science and condensed matter physics.
