He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2012, Master of Physiotherapy (Sports) in 2014, and Ph.D. in 2019 from Jamia Millia Islamia. He works as Assistant Professor at the Department of Physiotherapy, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, Faridabad, Haryana. He has 5+ years of teaching experience, 7+ years of research experience and 10+ years of clinical experience. He has worked as a sports physiotherapist in different state and national-level tournaments. He was a member of the anti-doping team in various national and international cricket matches held by BCCI. He was awarded a research fellowship from 2015-2019 from Maulana Azad National Fellowship. He was awarded the "pre-eminent researcher award" in 2022 by IRSD. His research interest is enhancing sports performance, neuromuscular assessment and training, exercise testing and prescription, cardiac autonomic function and biomechanical assessment and correction. Over 35+ paper publications, 10+ conference presentations and 5+ expert talks to his credits.
