About
I earned my PhD in Economics from Jadavpur University, India, in 2022. My dissertation, titled “Economics of Agricultural Labourers in India with Special Reference to West Bengal,” focused on analyzing poverty, employment diversification, and indebtedness among agricultural labour households. Following my doctoral work, I conducted field investigations on domestic child labour in West Bengal, where I proposed welfare policies aimed at improving their conditions. I also led a project analyzing COVID-19 data using machine learning techniques, identifying trends and insights relevant to public health policy.
