Dr Raman K Attri is an award-winning learning scientist, who specializes in the science of speed in personal and professional performance. He is an authentic accelerated learning guru and a senior learning executive at Fortune 500 corporation. With two decades of research, he has created a time-tested system to help leaders and organizations to accelerate leadership to stay ahead. His mission is to help people develop their personal and professional proficiency at a faster rate. A prolific author of 50 multi-genre books, he writes on leadership, learning, performance, and workplace learning. He innovated two research-backed complex learning frameworks namely SEAT© (Systems Engineering Approach to Training) and ProBT© (Proficiency Based Training) methodology primarily meant for organizations to accelerate development of complex cognitive skills of their employees systematically at a faster rate.
