I am a Professor in the Dept. of Aerospace Engineering at IIT Bombay. The research interests of our group fall within the broad area of mechanics of materials with a focus on the development of efficient and accurate computational tools to gain insight into the deformation and failure characteristics of materials - metals, metallic alloys and composites.
