Dr. Yogesh K. Ahlawat
Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University, Michigan Technological University
About
I hold a Ph.D. in plant cell wall biosynthesis tailored for biofuel applications and boast extensive postdoctoral expertise in optimizing post-harvest techniques to extend shelf life. My current focus revolves around leveraging multi-omics methodologies to dissect post-harvest senescence mechanisms and identify qualitative traits that bolster shelf life. Furthermore, I am deeply invested in unraveling the intricacies of lignocellulosic biomass deconstruction and reconstruction for bioenergy generation, all while delving into the nuances of wood formation and secondary cell wall dynamics. My contributions extend beyond research, as evidenced by numerous invited presentations delivered at both national and international conferences. I can be reached at [email protected]
