I Have mostly worked on development of analytical methods as well as to detect adulterants in milk and milk Products. I have got a patent for preparation of Low Cholesterol Ghee which was also commercialized. apart from this My most of the work is related to milk fat/lipid. I would like to work in the area of lipid and antioxidants.
