Dr. Rashmi Pandey belongs to the Department of Electronics Engineering. She completed her Ph.D. (under QIP) from Electronics Engineering Department, Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur Utter Pradesh (Formerly Known as HBTI, Kanpur, UP) on August 2022. Harcourt Butler Technical University is a Premier State Technical University in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India established in 1921. HBTU has secured a NAAC A+ Grade, NBA Accreditation, 19th rank in India Today Ranking in 2022, and NIRF Ranking of 166 in 2020. She has completed the M. Tech program from NRIIST, Bhopal (2009-2012) with a specialization in Digital communication. She has 15 years and 6 months of teaching experience. At present, she is affiliated with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of VIT, Bhopal (Feb 2023-Till date). Dr. Rashmi Pandey is the recipient of the Research Fellowship from AICTE (under the QIP scheme) in 2017-2020. She has done two NPTEL certification courses on Antennas, Microwave Theory & Techniques.
She is a student member of IEEE (membership No. 92541474) and a member of the International Association of Engineers (IAENG) (membership No. 121982). She plays the role of Editor in the American Journal of Science, Engineering, and Technology (Science Publishing Group). She is also a reviewer in the International Journal of Scientific Engineering & Technology (IJSET) and a reviewer & member of the International Journal of Engineering Research & Technology (IJERT). She is also an executive member of the Faculty Development Program at HBTU, Kanpur.
She has worked on different curriculum activities such as College Coordinator, UGC Inspection Team as a Representative of Deptt. (EC), Paper Moderator, Paper Setter, NBA Accreditation Team as a Representative, Class Coordinator, Documentation team as a Representative, Member of Internal Audit Committee for UGC Inspection, RGPV Affiliation Work, AICTE Approval & Extension Work, and Worked in Exam Cell as an Asst. Exam Superintendent. She has 20 research publications in Scopus-indexed journals and international and national journals. She has many conference publications. She has one invited talk on FDP on antenna design and microwave applications organized by the HBTU, Kanpur. She has attended and participated in various FDPs organized by AICTE and Institutions, workshops, webinars, and seminars. Scopus Id- 57213791932.
Her current research interests are in antenna and microwave, RF components, and wireless communication. She has excellent knowledge of the CST and ADS software for designing antennas. She has also aware of antenna fabrication (Hardware preparation).
