About
I am working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh, India. My research interests are in Applied Mathematics and its applications to real-life problems. More specifically, my interests lie in mathematical modeling, theoretical and computational Fluid dynamics, and vortex dynamics with application to naturally occurring atmospheric vortices like dust devils, tornadoes, tropical cyclones, etc. I use various mathematical tools to solve basic unresolved questions in atmospheric vortices. I construct several mathematical models using ordinary and partial differential equations. For the solution of governing equations, I use the linearization process, stability analysis, similarity transformations (Lie group), theories of differential equations, and different analytical and numerical techniques. For numerical simulations, I prefer MATLAB, MATHEMATICA, and ANSYS CFD software.
