Dr. Avinash Chopra is an Assistant Professor at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Delhi NCR Campus, Ghaziabad, India. He earned his Ph.D. in Management from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela, where his doctoral research focused on employer branding as a mechanism for talent acquisition and retention in Indian information technology organizations. His research expertise spans human resource analytics, employer branding, organizational behaviour, operations management, and brand management. Dr. Chopra has published in reputed journals such as the Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing, VINE Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems, and the International Journal of Organizational Analysis. He has also presented award-winning research at international conferences and contributed to several edited book volumes. With a strong background in applying advanced analytics techniques, including fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making methods, Dr. Chopra integrates theoretical knowledge with practical applications in his teaching and research. He also serves as a reviewer for leading academic journals, including the Journal of Knowledge Management, International Journal of Organizational Analysis, and Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing.
