About
Anuj Chandiwala obtained an M.Tech degree in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat, Gujarat India, and pursuing Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat, Gujarat India. Presently he is an Assistant Professor in the Civil Engineering Department, C.K. Pithawala College of Engineering and Technology, Surat His current research interests in the area of earthquake engineering, Soil structure interaction, earthquake-resistant multistory structures, reinforced concrete design, steel structure, structural dynamics, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Midas Gen, Plaxis 3D, ETABS, SAP 2000. He published more than 30 papers in these areas.
He is a reviewer in the Journal of The Institute of Engineers (India)- Series A, Results in Enginering, Ocean Engineering, International Journal of Engineering development and research IJEDR, International Journal of Advance Engineering and Research Development (IJAERD), International Journal of Emerging Technology and Advanced Engineering.
He is a life member of the Indian Geotechnical Society, The Institute of Engineers (India), Indian Society for Technical Education. He delivered several expert lectures at different institutes.
He guided more than 20 M.Tech dissertations at CGPIT. He received the Best faculty award for the academic year 2014-15 from Chhotubhai Gopalbhai Patel Institute of Technology, UTU. He has more than 11 years of teaching experience.
