Dr. Kasturi R Naik is known for real-time, forthright, solutions to complex
people’s problems. Knows the difference between Passion, Profession, and
Purpose and that has made all the difference to the way she lives her life. She has more than 11 years of academic experience and 5 years of consultancy experience in the fields of humanresource management, leadership, and team building. She has been associated as a visiting faculty at JBIMS and GNIMS for MHRD and e-MBA courses. She has also been associated with IIBF as a trainer and at Vmentorai as a mentor and learning and development consultant. Dr Kasturi R Naik is the recipient of multiple national and international awards and accolades for her
enriching work in field of emotional intelligence, personality enhancement,
stress management and leadership development.
Her research capabilities are self-proven through the 30+ research papers that
shehas published nationally and internationally, out of which she got the best
paper awards in a couple of conferences as well. Dr Kasturi R Naik has also been
honored to play a role of discussant and session chair in national and
international conferences, and has also won Best Paper track presenter award
at ABRM International conference 2015, besides Best paper award at IMRC 2016.
All her sessions are backed by a lot of research, reading, and introspection. Her
teaching & research interest includes OB, HRM, Performance & Competency
management, Learning & Development, Leadership & Team building, Strategic
HRM.
