About
I passed B. Sc (Hons.) in Physics from University of Calcutta in 2002. I passed M.Sc in Physics from Calcutta University with solid state electronics specialization and joined Techno India College of Technology in 2005. Presently, I am working as Asst. Prof of Physics at Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology. I have completed my PhD from Center of Excellence for Green Energy and Sensor System, Bengal Engineering and Science University, Howrah in 2020. My research area is "applications of diamond-like nanocomposite and Silicon nanowire for enhancement of solar cell efficiency". I have more than 20 international journal publications. I am also acting as editorial team member of two international journals "Characterization and Application of Nanomaterials" and "Materials Physics and Chemistry". I am also a CO-PI of DST, Govt of India sponsored research and development project ( RS. 1.41 Cr.)
