About
Professor and Head, Department of Mathematics at Poornima Institute of Engineering & Technology Jaipur. She received her Ph.D. from the Department of mathematics, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur in the field of Fluid Mechanics. Her research covers a broad range of topics, including fluid mechanics, nanofluid dynamics, heat and mass transfer, hydrodynamic stability, dynamical systems, bio-mathematics and computational mathematics, and improved perturbation techniques. She has 24 years of teaching as well administrative experience in various engineering colleges. She has published more than 70 SCI/Scopus research papers in the last few years. Prof. Mathur is on the editorial board of several reputable academic journals and also served as a reviewer for many reputable international academic journals worldwide She also has to credit more than 4 books on Engineering Mathematics. She has presented many papers at International and National conferences. She has received a grant for a project from RTU Kota under TEQIP-III and a fellowship from INAE for the year 2019- 2020. She also received a “Ridiculously Committed Mentor Award” from EDUREKA in the year 2018 at the National level. She has given expert lectures/Invited talks in various FDPs conducted nationally. Eager to teach and pass on knowledge, highly motivated, reliable, dedicated, innovative, and student-oriented teacher, active personality with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Got a letter of appreciation from the Poornima Foundation, Jaipur for giving Excellent results in the university examination almost every year.
