About

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Science and a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance. Since February 2009, I have been recognized as an approved Management Faculty at Savitribai Phule Pune University. My academic journey culminated in the award of a Ph.D. from the same university, one of the top 10 state universities in India. My doctoral research delved into the intricate realm of "A Study of Microfinance and its contribution in Economic Development with Special Reference to Latur and Nanded Districts in the State of Maharashtra."

Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in imparting knowledge to MBA students, teaching diverse subjects such as Accounts, Financial Management, Decision Science, Direct Taxation, and Economics. The following encapsulates the essence of my 15-year academic expedition:
• 15 Years of experience in teaching UG and PG management students
• Ph.D Guide at MGM University was guiding 6 students for doctoral work.
• Associate Dean – Research and Development at G H Raisoni Institute of Engineering and Business Management
• Author of Books (Available online amazon.in) Entitled “Introduction to Business Finance” and “Role of Capital Market”
• Member of Research and Development Council, MGM University Aurangabad.
• Member of syllabus designing committee UG/PG as per New Education Policy 2020
• Completed certificate course on Financial Market from Yale University.
• Research Paper Published in Scopus, ABDC and UGC Care Listed Journals.
• Published 21 research papers
• Attended 17 FDP’s from institute of repute including IIT Bombay, PUMBA, ADYPU, M.B Harris College of Arts and A.E. Kalsekar College of Commerce Palghar, Mumbai in association with Parul University, Gujrat etc.
• Completed certificate course on Use of ICT in teaching learning process (101X and 202x) IIT Bombay
• Paper presentation in International Conference at IIM Nagpur.

• Resource Person at International Faculty Development Program on Research Methodology organized by ADYPU in association with University of Southern Mindanao, Philippines.
