About

A recipient of Major Research Project under the Ministry of Education’s Impress scheme and AICTE funded Research Project, Dr Kushwah is currently working in the Department of Finance at New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM). She did her PhD in Management (finance) in 2009 from Jiwaji University, MP under the supervision of Prof. Umesh Holani. She has done her Master's in Business Administration in Finance from Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya University, Indore. In her 17 years of research and teaching experience, she has more than 60 research papers published in both International and National Journals, including Scopus indexed and ABDC listed journals. Dr Kushwah has presented her research work in more than 40 International and National Conferences at places in India ( including IIMs, IITs, etc), Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Turkey, and Indonesia. She is guiding PhD Scholars of Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi, and Mewar University, Rajasthan. She has also conducted various workshops, MDPs and FDPs in the area of finance and research both in India and abroad. Her areas of interest are Financial Analytics, Corporate Finance, Investment Management, and Accounting for Managers.
