I am Dr. Yogesh Mishra, currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Senior) at the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. My academic career spans over seven years, during which I have focused on constitutional law, inclusive education, AI, human rights, disability rights, and the rights of marginalized communities. I hold a Ph.D. in Law from KIIT School of Law, where my research concentrated on The Right to Education for Persons with Disabilities. I have also completed an LLM in Constitutional Law from National Law University Odisha.
