About
Hi, I'm Kunal! I'm Computational Research Fellow at Duke-NUS Singapore. I have experience working with multi-omics data, specifically genomics, bulk/single-cell transcriptomics, and spatial omics. In the past, I've worked in the wet lab performing cell culture and molecular biology experiments.
My research mainly focuses on unraveling macrophages' complex role in chronic kidney disease through cross-species integrative analyses and systems genetics approaches.
