Hello! I am Saket Rusia, a passionate educator, engineer, researcher, and entrepreneur. With a diverse background encompassing teaching, industrial experience, research, and founding successful ventures, I have embarked on an exciting journey of exploration and knowledge dissemination.

Teaching and Industrial Experience:
Over the past seven years, I have had the privilege of being an Assistant Professor in the Civil Engineering Department at Rajkiya Engineering College, Mainpuri. I take immense pride in my role as a mentor to budding engineers, nurturing their talents and inspiring them to excel. Additionally, I hold the position of In-charge for the Professor Training - Placement and Career Development Cell, fostering the growth of students in their professional journey.

My expertise in structural engineering, advanced structures, RCC, design software, FEM, and dynamics has facilitated the successful completion of various consultancy projects amounting to over 1.25 Crore. Among my remarkable achievements, I proudly highlight my role as the Principal Investigator for the prestigious World Bank Funded CRIP Project, a testament to my commitment to impactful research and development.

Academic Pursuits:
Simultaneously, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering at NIT Patna, where I eagerly embrace the challenges of cutting-edge research in the field. My passion for knowledge and continuous learning has led me to participate in more than 15 Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and complete teacher training courses of both phases, further honing my skills as an educator.

Industrial Insights and Contributions:
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to contribute my expertise to esteemed organizations. At Gammon India in Gujarat, I played a key role in supervising significant projects, including high-rise structures, canals, water distribution, and housing. Moreover, my association with School of Planning Architecture, Bhopal, as an Expert Faculty and Software Consultant, enabled me to bridge the gap between academia and industry, ensuring practical application of theoretical knowledge.

Additionally, my involvement with NITTTR under MHRD as an Expert Faculty and Trainer allowed me to impart knowledge and conduct training programs for engineers, furthering my mission to empower the next generation of engineering professionals.

Research and Scholarly Pursuits:
In the realm of research, I have led the CRIP Project under TEQIP III, illustrating my commitment to exploring innovative solutions to engineering challenges. My work has been recognized with the publication of five international research papers, one national paper, and three conference proceedings, showcasing my dedication to advancing the field of structural engineering.

Entrepreneurial Spirit:
Apart from my academic endeavors, I have embraced my entrepreneurial spirit. As a co-founder of "College Gate," an interactive web portal for college students, and "Dreams to Reality" Bhopal Chapter, an MLM venture, I seek to make a positive impact on society by empowering the youth to achieve their dreams.

Awards and Recognition:
My contributions to the field have been recognized through various accolades, including being nominated for the Best Assistant Professor from REC Mainpuri to AKTU and receiving the Best Site Engineer Appreciation Award from DM, Rajkot, Gujarat. Additionally, I have been honored as a GATE Scholarship recipient and have served as a top-performing mentor for various subjects in SWAYAM NPTEL.

My journey in education, industry, research, and entrepreneurship has been a fulfilling and enriching experience. With a relentless passion for learning and a vision to drive positive change, I am excited to continue my pursuit of excellence in engineering, education, and innovation.
