About

Sachin Patil’s background is predominantly in Mechanical/ Aerospace / Automotive Engineering but he has an obsessive interest in pretty much everything. After completing Bachelor of Enginnering in 1996 Sachin followed Wichita Kansas ,where he attended the Wichita State University for doctoral Studies in Engineering. He currently writes for a living, on a broad variety of subjects, ranging from Applied Mechanics, automotive safety , to renewable energy. He has 22+ years applied experience in field of Electronic packaging Design, Composite Layup analysis , Mechanical Design and FEA various softwares developments,IoT Technology to Drive the Automotive Industry.Sachin has extensive Finite Element Analysis experience, and have the distinction of being qualified as crash analyst with weld failure propagation. Also Sachin has authored scholarly articles in the Design , impact crashworthiness, Friction Stir Processing in professional as well as major trade publications.
He Has wide-ranging experience with autonomous vehicle development,vehicle testing,Diverse skillset including Simulation,FEA analysis,Design,Advanced Manufacturing Process and Materials,Prototype Building,Verification and homologation,working on advanced technologies in automotive such as Rear-mounted radar.etc
During his Engineering visiting faculty role,He has been involved in various short term engineering training, leadership developing, coaching and development of carreer programs and thus developed successful engineers for indian industry.
His publications are result of five years of study and research at Wichita State University & National Institute for Aviation Research, Wichita, KS, as well as Industry tech analysis experience in US.
