About
I am an Assistant Professor at Anna University, MIT Campus, with a Ph.D. in Engineering and a strong academic background, including a gold medal in M.E. Mechatronics and a university rank in B.E. Mechanical Engineering. My areas of specialization include Robotics, Mechatronics, and Advanced Manufacturing.
Over the past decade, I have guided numerous research and student projects, delivered invited talks, chaired academic sessions, and coordinated national and international conferences and workshops. I have authored a textbook and multiple book chapters and have over 10 peer-reviewed journal publications in high-impact international journals. My research interests span intelligent robotic systems, magnetic moulding, composite materials, and automation for sustainable development.
I actively contribute to academic governance as a Board of Studies member and hold several administrative roles, including Department Alumni Coordinator and Editor for departmental publications. I am a life member of professional bodies like IEI and IIP and continually pursue collaborative and interdisciplinary research that aligns with industrial and societal needs.
