Aseem Setia

About

Mr. Aseem Setia, M. Pharm., is currently an Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) research fellow under the supervision of Dr. M.S Muthu at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-BHU), Varanasi, India. His research area is related to non-small cell lung cancer smart nanomedicine and theranostics. He has published more than 27 papers in national and international journals in high-impact factor and peer-reviewed journals. He completed his post-graduation in Pharmaceutics from ISF College of Pharmacy, Moga, Punjab. He worked on polymeric nanoparticles for colon-targeted drug delivery systems in his post-graduation. He received many national and international awards. Moreover, he received Asima Chatterjee Memorial Award (Junior Researcher) in Global Cancer Sumit 2020, organized by Arjyopa Healthcare USA. During his B. Pharm, he visited a multinational company (MNC) in Malaysia and got an opportunity to view and a better understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process at Selangor, Malaysia.
