About

Currently, I am a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Earth Sciences, Pondicherry University, Puducherry, India. Currently, my research work focuses on the origin and evolution of massive basalts and pyroclastic rocks recovered from the Tristan-Gough-Walvis ridge track during the IODP 397T expedition. My past research has focused on the origin and evolution of carbonatite-forming magma, their temporal and genetic association with alkaline silicate rocks, and their genetic linkage to mantle plumes. Additionally, I have explored the biomobility of domestic animals during the prehistoric Harappan period. I am a geochemist and use geochronological, geochemical, and isotopic methods to address the research questions. civilization.
