About
N. Prabaharan received a B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the affiliated college of Anna University, Chennai, India in 2012. He received his M.E. degree in Power Electronics and Drives from an affiliated college of Anna University, Chennai, India in 2014. He obtained University Merit Ranker Award in 2014. He received his Ph.D. in Energy and Power Electronics from VIT University, Vellore, India in 2017. He received two prestigious travel grants under the Young Scientist category from the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) and Asian Development Bank (ADB) in 2015 and 2016. He is currently a senior assistant professor in the electrical and electronics engineering department at SASTRA Deemed University, Thanjavur, Tamilnadu, India. His research interests include power electronics, multilevel inverters, electric vehicles, power converter development, demand side management, energy trading, photovoltaic systems, and microgrids.
