I have more than 13 years of teaching experience. Currently I am teaching for engineering students. In this experience I recognize few communicative skill gaps and English language (LRSW )problems among students, these gaps made me to do research on SOFT SKILLS & ELT to rectify and fill the communicative gaps among students.
