About
Dr. Avinash Chandra is working as an Associate Professor in the school of Electronics Engineering, Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. He has received Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication with specialization in RF/Microwave engineering from IIT-Dhanbad. His Ph.D. involved design of planar structure embedded multiband waveguide aperture antennas with improved radiation characteristics. He has published over 40 papers in the leading journals and conferences. . In the last 5 years, he has published a number of quality papers in the area of waveguides (Slotted, Aperture and Polarization reconfiguration) in reputed journals (IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Wave Propagations). He is the potential reviewer of many journals and conferences, such as IEEE Antenna and wireless Propagation Letters, IET Microwave, Antenna and Propagation, international Journal of Antennas and Propagation and International Journal of RF and Microwave Computer Aided Engineering. His current research area is of waveguides, reconfigurable arrays, Antennas, for 6G Applications.
