A dedicated US born international medical graduate of 2020 from Pakistan’s prestigious Khyber Medical College, I have a keen interest in researching the many aspects of the medical field, with a keen interest in Gastroenterology as I have attained a great deal of experience in the field after graduating from medical school. Eager to explore further in the vast majority of fields that have challenges in providing the best patient care possible by researching new and improved methods and providing a greater insight into the unique nature of our modern medical practices for the scarce patient population. I have worked as a physician in Pakistan and have then transitioned to the US clinical system by working as an endoscopy technician for the better part of a year, which is where I learnt the importance of research and had 4 abstracts published and had 4 poster presentations at the American College of Gastroenterology 2023 meeting. Eager to follow my next steps into research work by whatever opportunity I can grasp within my reach.
