About

I am a Passionate Educator, HRM Expert, Researcher, and Trainer, bringing over two decades of experience across corporate and academic domains. I began my career as an HR Manager, Soft Skills Trainer, and Placement Officer before transitioning into academia as an Associate Professor and Academic Affairs Coordinator, dedicating the last 16 years to shaping future leaders through teaching, mentoring, and academic leadership.

My research journey includes publications in Scopus, ABDC, and UGC Care journals, authoring books; securing patents; and presenting at national and international conferences. My research impact is reflected through a Google Scholar h-index of 17 and i10-index of 28, alongside a Scopus h-index of 6. I also serve as a peer reviewer for leading publishers such as Taylor & Francis, CRC Press, IGI Global, IEEE, and Bentham, with verified reviews for reputed journals.

I have undertaken advanced training at IIM-K, IIM-V, Manipal, and XIME and have delivered sessions at leading B-schools on women empowerment, intellectual property rights, campus-to-corporate transition, and related domains. Honored with the Best HRM Professor Award at the Asia Pacific HRM Congress and multiple best paper and presenter recognitions, I continue to bridge academia, research, and practice with passion and purpose.
