About
I am an Associate Professor of Design associated with the Usability Engineering and Human-Computer Interaction Lab at IIT Guwahati. In the past, I was a Fulbright Fellow at the University of Texas at Austin and hold a Ph.D. in Design from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati.
I explore technologies and study how they can be adopted to address complex problems in various domains including design pedagogy, health, education etc. While I spend the majority of my time on technology adoption, I am also interested in User Experience, Usability, Design psychology, Data visualization, Design Theory, Design Methods and Process, Design fiction, Instructional Design, Bio Design and AI in Design.
