About

I have worked for biofilm detection and quantification along with molecular characterization of Avian pathogenic/Extra-intestinal pathogenic E. coli. Also worked with antimicrobial sensitivity of pig fecal samples using Disc diffusion and automated machines as VITEK 2 Compact. Handled and extracted DNA/RNA samples and performed PCR/RT-PCR for detection of viral/bacterial DNA or RNA for PPR, Swine fever, Tuberculosis, Covid-19 etc. Also performed ELISA and RBPT for brucellosis at trainings at NRCE. Developed IEC on zoonotic diseases for ICAR-NRCE and NCDC, New Delhi, while working as Veterinary Public Health Consultant at NRCE, Hisar.
Worked for diagnosis of Japanese Encephalitis virus using JEV-HI (Hemagglutination Inhibition test).
