About
I have experience in biochemistry, molecular biology (nutrigenomics and proteomics), nutrition, metabolism, and beef quality. My work focuses on beef cattle nutrition and production, carcass and meat quality, and the manufacturing process of feeds and supplements. I am an Assistant Professor in Animal Nutrition and Meat Science at FMVZ UNESP Botucatu, Department of Animal Breeding and Nutrition. Additionally, I am a young permanent faculty member of the Animal Science Graduate Program at FCAV UNESP Jaboticabal (CAPES 7) and at FMVZ UNESP (CAPES 6). I also serve as a consultant in the formulation and evaluation of diets for beef cattle using RLM (Maximum Profit Ration) software.
