I have done my Bachelor's in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at NIT Durgapur with first-class distinction.
I have done mini projects and summer internships on Laser-based metal additive manufacturing. More specifically, I am interested in Direct Energy Deposition, Metal additive manufacturing, and Laser material processing. Currently, I am a PhD scholar at IIT Delhi under the supervision of Dr. Sagar Sarkar and Dr. Abhishek Das. I have been awarded the prestigious Prime Minister’s Research Fellowship (PMRF) this year.
My topic of interest in research is laser material processing, different laser applications and Metal Additive Manufacturing.
