About
My work is centered on clinically relevant, patient-oriented research in the field of tumor disease with a special emphasis in hemato-oncology. My research group has pioneered in the development and pre-clinical testing of novel therapeutic agents and combinatorial therapies for hemato-oncological malignancies. In addition we aim to advance the field by identifying and validating biomarkers for early diagnosis, prognosis and potential treatment in blood cancers. Our ambition is to bridge the gap between laboratory discovery and clinical applications to ensure that scientific advancements translate into tangible benefits for patients suffering from hematological malignancies.
