He is a pharmaceutical research scientist, currently associated with formulation development in USV Pvt Ltd of Mumbai, INDIA, one of the world’s leading generic and specialty pharmaceutical companies. He has more than 13 years of experience in pharmaceutical product development including First-to- File (FTF), 505 (b) (2) and NDA molecule. He successfully involved in filing of several First-to- File (FTF) molecule and one NDA molecule for USA market. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy In Pharmaceutical Sciences and master degree in pharmacy from Biju Patnaik University and technology, India He also holds a MBA degree in marketing management from North Orissa University, India. Additionally he is skilled in statistical design of experiments (DOE), Multivariate analysis (AVA), Statistical Process Control (SPC) for pharmaceutical product and process development. He holds the merit of green belt certification in lean six sigma and also responsible for start up and global scale lean six sigma programmes. His research expertise area are solubility enhancement of poorly water soluble drug, taste masking of bitter drug molecules by using different technology and buccal mucoadhesive films. He has published more than 20 peer reviewed papers in different international journals. He served as a guest faculty of statistics for department of special education in DPMIASSE&T, Ganjam, Odisha, India.
