Dr. PRATIBHA BARIK, Assistant Professor, The ICFAI University – Raipur, Chhattisgarh
She is Ph.D in management, M.Phil, M.B.A, NET (HR). She did her Ph.D in “Impact of Work Life Balance on Performance of Marketing Executives with Reference to Public and Private Sector Insurance Companies in Chhattisgarh”. Her Research Interest: Work-Life Balance policies and practices, Gender Equality, Adolescent Girls. She persist 10 Years of teaching and 5 years of corporate experience. She has participated 45 days Faculty Development Programme-Module-1 from IIM, Ahemedabad, under gone one month FTP at ICFAI, Hyderadab and attended 10 days Research Methodology workshop organised by ICSSR. She has published 18 papers in Scopus, ABDC ‘C’ grade and UGC Care listed journals. She has participated in 17 national and international conference/seminars (Abu Dhabi Univeristy, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bodhgaya, MDI Murshidabad). She has been invited as guest speaker by Department of Commerce, Govt. Girls College, Sehore and Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidayalaya, Bilaspur. She has certified workshops in mediation, moderation and conditional process, marketing research analysis, analysis with SPSS and Power BI.
