About

I am a PhD student in the Department of Library and Information Science at the University of North Bengal (NBU). I secured the first position and received a Gold Medal in the Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) program. I possess over two years of professional experience working in academic and public libraries. My research interests include Natural Language Processing, Social Computing, Library Metadata, and Library Society. I have successfully qualified for the UGC-NET examination and am a life member of the Bengal Library Association and the Indian Library Association. Furthermore, I am an active blogger, focusing on academic subjects such as Social Computing, Library and Information Science, and various research topics. Apart from my academic pursuits, I am involved in non-academic activities such as Singing (playing the Harmonium and having learned Classical and Nazrulgeeti), Cricket, and engaging in discussions about sports, mainly Soccer and Cricket.
