Dr. Arun Kumar is working on the Dilute Magnetic Semiconductor (DMS) thin films, Ferrites, and multiferroics materials. He has completed his Ph.D. from Himachal Pradesh University in 2018. He joined as a Research Associate in the IOn Beam Centre, Department of Physics, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.Right now he working on Semiconductor thin films for sensor applicaitons.
