About
I am a Senior Scientist at ICAR-National Institute of Secondary Agriculture, Ranchi, India, and working in the areas of phytochemistry, agri-biomass and waste valorization, and formulation of plant-derived bioactives. My research focuses on green, sustainable extraction of high-value phytochemicals from agricultural and food-processing residues, followed by their stabilization and controlled release via biopolymeric encapsulation systems for nutraceutical, functional food, and bio-based applications.
