Dr. SuplabPodder is a Management Professional with rich experience in the field of Teaching, Content Development, Management Research, Research Incubation Centre, Institution-Industry Collaboration and Copyright. He has been involved in teaching Research Methodology, Banking and Insurance, Business Analytics for Managers, Entrepreneurship and Corporate Administration, Business Ethics and Corporate Governance, International Business, Marketing and HRM oriented subjects at PG and UG level to the students of management and commerce. He has studied at Bangalore and obtained his Bachelor of Business Management from Bangalore University. He has done his Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Newport University. He obtained another Master of Business Administration from Allagappa University. He obtained Master of Commerce from Karnataka State Open University, Mysore. He has awarded Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India.His areas of interest include Research Methodology, Sustainable Development, Human Resource Development, New Age Management Education, HR Outsourcing, Innovative Entrepreneurship, Banking and Insurance, Green HR Practices, Marketing Strategy and Strategic Management.He is the Life Member of Management Teachers Consortium- Global (MTC Global): A Global Think Tank in Higher Education, ISO 9001: 2008 Certified. He has published 29 Text Books in the area of Management and Commerce especially for PG and UG Students of Indian Universities. He has attended a number of National and International Conferences and Seminars where he has presented research papers in the area of HR Outsourcing, Green HRM, Sustainable Development, Climate changes and its impact on rural livelihood, New Age Management Education, and Sustainable Education.He has authored and coauthored of 6 research papers in International Journal of Recent Technology and Engineering, Elsevier SSRN, Springer, Academic Research and Development, Primax International Journal of Commerce and Management Research and PRIMAX International Journal of Human Resource (PIJHR).He is presently working as an Assistant Professor of Management and Commerce Department in DayanandaSagar College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Bangalore, India. He is a professional speaker and has conducted workshops on topics like “How to write a Research Paper and Thesis”, “Documentation of NAAC and NBA”, “Creative Decision Making”, “Self-Management”, and “Work Life Balance”.
