Nineteen years of Academic and 30 years of Research experience. Teaching and evaluating undergraduate and postgraduate students (Zoology-3 years, Biotechnology and Advanced sciences -16 years). Programmed and planned 8 Major and Minor Research projects and executed 6 projects. Guided undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral research Scholars. Publication credits include original research papers and articles (40), and 1 book chapter. Administrative responsibilities as Head of the Department, Coordinator, and Chairperson of the Board of Studies were executed. Advised new Curriculum development, revision, and course to Autonomous colleges and University curricula. The active role was taken as a Chaired panel at National seminars, Panel Member of faculty selection boards, FIP candidates, and Judge university level research competitions.
Has working knowledge of computer applications using Microsoft, word, PowerPoint; biostatistical analyses, SPSS, and bioinformatics tools of BLAST, SWISS modeling, Hawkdock, and MSA.


Research Areas of Interest: Marine Environmental Sciences: Physical Oceanography, Marine Ecosystems and Environment, Marine Pollution and Ecological impacts. Zoology and Biotechnology
